• An eye for detail and the movements of customers through the shop, onto and off tables, into and out of the bathroom, so cleaning duties do not interfere with customer flow, but operates with an awareness of the customer’s needs and comfort.

Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Ensure all goods leaving the premises must be accompanied by an invoice unless authorised by management.
  • Spot checks of the quantity loaded and that which appears on the labels and invoice must take place and be recorded in the despatch book.

Hotel Housekeeper and General Assistant

  • Check incoming laundry for stains and / or damage
  • Removing stains from laundry by following and using the correct procedures as required
  • Keep the need to stain treatment to a minimum
  • Handle all laundry, laundry equipment and room items with absolute care and responsibility
