- Accurately enter and maintain data into relevant databases and systems
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
- Assist with data audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle multiple data entry tasks efficiently and meet set deadlines
- Provide support for other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
- Assist in creating and managing reports and documents as needed

Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Grade 12
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data management software
- Minimum of 2-3 years` data capturing or administrative experience advantageous
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
