Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet operational and sales needs.
Prepare and issue official HR documents, such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
Create effective onboarding plans and provide comprehensive training on HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including physical and digital files, employee data, benefits, and attendance records.
Develop and implement engaging employee initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Conduct thorough performance evaluations and recommend appropriate salary adjustments.
Ensure that all necessary HR documents are readily available for audits and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with operations to address workplace incidents and develop effective action plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including staff files, employee data, and other HR documentation.
Regularly visit designated branches to address HR initiatives, issues, and employee engagement programs.
Champion and drive HR projects and initiatives to benefit all employees.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
A degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
A diploma in Human Resource Management
