Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- Fully accountable for all incoming and outgoing trucks
- Ensure that enough trucks are scheduled daily
- Ensure the procedure regarding trucks coming onto site is followed
- Ensure that there is enough Chep pallets on site
- Ensure that orders are being created on EWM-SAP
- Team is updated on EWM and manage queries
- Ensure various administrative service, including office organization and filing are done
- Ensure that all invoices, delivery notes are being sign off by relevant parties before filing
- Ensure that all invoices and delivery notes are being captured on Excel loading sheet, scanned and file
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Grade 12
- 5 years SAP experience
- 1-year EWM experience
- Fluent in English
- Excel intermediate
- Must be able to work independently
