Candidate Key Performance Outputs

Perform basic secretarial duties, including answering phones, managing correspondences.
Process invoices, manage billing, and assist with stock keeping using specialized software.
Receive packages and coordinate with the administrative officer on various related tasks.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

National Senior Certificate (NSC) is required.
Proficiency in computer use, including data processing and familiarity with invoicing and billing software.
Prior experience in a similar role.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly and anticipate needs.
Organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be well-versed and able to interact professionally with clients.
