Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Processing and administering of all Company payroll data on Sage 300 People system by both manual and bulk upload processing.
  • New employee processing
  • Termination processing
  • Leave Processing
  • Maternity and Paternity documents and payroll processing
  • Distribution of Payslips
  • Answering calls and responding to mails pertaining to Payroll and its function.
  • Maintaining the payroll mailbox.
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting based on this.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Finance/HR/Payroll/Administrative/Management Qualification
  • 2+ years Proven Payroll Administration Experience
  • Sage 300 People experience and or training
  • Intermediate – Advanced Excel Experience
  • Intermediate MS Office Experience
  • Previous Information Management Experience
