Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- Processing and administering of all Company payroll data on Sage 300 People system by both manual and bulk upload processing.
- New employee processing
- Termination processing
- Leave Processing
- Maternity and Paternity documents and payroll processing
- Distribution of Payslips
- Answering calls and responding to mails pertaining to Payroll and its function.
- Maintaining the payroll mailbox.
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting based on this.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Finance/HR/Payroll/Administrative/Management Qualification
- 2+ years Proven Payroll Administration Experience
- Sage 300 People experience and or training
- Intermediate – Advanced Excel Experience
- Intermediate MS Office Experience
- Previous Information Management Experience
