Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Issuing of the correct stock to customers as per picking slips.
• Check and produce accurate relevant documents timeously.
• Liaising with truck drivers, external customers, checkers and other general workers.
• Reporting any discrepancies and non-conformances to avoid incorrect or damaged inventories.
• Complying with all required standards such as Occupational Health & Safety, Food standard HACCP, GMP’s & Operational procedures (SOP’s) etc.
• Treat customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure that confidentiality is always maintained.
• Prepare order on First in first out principle and practice stock rotation to avoid product expiry in the warehouse.
• General housekeeping duties.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Matric
• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Must have a good understanding of stock takes.
• Cold store environment experience advantageous.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure.
