Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Maintained filling system of invoices, expenses and other company documents
  • Handle requests and queries promptly and professionally
  • Liaising with 3rd party providers, placing new service orders, and following up on problems reported
  • Client contract management (assist with new and sign-offs)
  • Document creation
  • Sending emails/memos and notices
  • Debtor management, statements and reconciliations
  • Assist with expense administration
  • Assist with monthly billing and debit order batch creation
  • General PA duties

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Grade 12
  • An appropriate tertiary qualification will be advantageous
  • 2-3 years administrative/office clerk experience
