Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• To replace and / or repair defective electrical and mechanical components and devices at wastewater treatment plants, pump stations and potable water care works
• To test the plant and equipment to assess operating functionality and safety
• To perform preventative, Adhoc break down/emergency and schedule shutdown maintenance
• Ensure that internal transactional documentary (time sheets, log sheets and equipment progress reports) and related forms and timeously and accurately completed.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• N3/Matric or NQF Level 4 and Millwright trade certificate
• 3 years’ experience related to maintenance
• Experience of working with transformers, rotating machinery, and LV process plant would be advantageous
• Willingness to work long work hours
• Computer literacy
