Contacting newly referred clients for appointments.
Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Maintaining professional communication.
Switchboard management.
Collection of payments and issuing invoices
Dealing with claim queries
Manage petty cash for the branch.
Ensure the practice is always neat and tidy.

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

Matric and relevant qualification
Reception and administrative experience is required
Accounts background will prove advantageous
Fluent in English
Well-acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite
Friendly, presentable, confident, professional attitude
