Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Debrief all drivers on Mix.
• Reporting accidents and Incidents.
• Report all driver behaviour.
• Report all Driver incidents – speeding, revving etc.
• Book all maintenance daily.
• Daily completion of Debriefing report.
• Load new driver schedules on all groups.
• Monitoring and controlling all Driver scores and fuel consumptions.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Matric with a Valid Code 14 Driver’s Licence/PDP
• Previous Operations/driving experience in a warehousing/transport environment is required
• Previous Technical/mechanical experience will be advantageous
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with staff and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to work shifts
