- Dealing with Clients telephonically with enquiries
- Assisting walk-in customers
- Managing correspondence within the department
- Updating and administrating Excel spread sheets including formulas
- Assisting Administration Manager with relevant tasks at hand
- Managing all tasks accurately and timeously
- Additional ad-hoc duties required in any area that the team requires
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Grade 12
- Computer Literate
- Excellent communication skills English
- Confident team player who is strong with multi-tasking
- Dedicated worker who can manage tasks independently
