Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize warehouse management software for tracking and reporting.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
