Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Assist with managing and upgrading company hardware and software.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and applications.
• Perform routine system backups and data recovery procedures.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and conduct regular system checks.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Grade 12
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, operating systems (Windows, and macOS), and hardware.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, and Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
