Candidate Key Performance Outputs
Assist with the trouble shooting and implementation of Software and hardware
Diagnose and provide support on end user issues, including repairing, servicing, examining, installing, training, and troubleshooting computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
Provide support to help end users access network resources from work and home.
Work with staff to coordinate routine hardware maintenance, upgrades of software.
Installation and setup of server operating systems
Installing and setting up of VPN clients
Installation of Office 365, pastel and Endpoint antivirus
Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors support teams
Candidate Requirements/Experience
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
Excellent communication ability
Organizational and time-management skills
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
A+ and N+ Certification, required
