Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, conducting regular surveys and feedback sessions
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and propose strategic initiatives
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues, ensuring a supportive work environment
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on learning and development
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a track record of successfully managing HR functions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenge
