Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Monthly payroll processing (payslips, hours, ROP’s etc).
  • Variance report analysis and correction.
  • UIF/PAYE etc monthly returns & submissions.
  • Monthly reports to finance on payroll.
  • Leave management and capturing.
  • Staff queries & resolutions thereof.
  • Maintenance of staff interface.
  • Upkeep of employee files and documentation (onboarding, maintenance & exits).
  • Reconciliation of benefits (RA & funeral) statements to payroll.

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Matric
  • 5 years experience owning the processing of payroll for more than 100 staff.
  • More than 5 years experience owning the IR function
  • 5 years experience working with recruitment and training processes.
  • Intermediate or higher Excel skills
  • Computer literate in MS Office suite
  • Above average in numeracy and mathematical skills
