Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- Act as the face of the hotel, welcoming and assisting guests at the front desk.
- Oversee booking systems and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk by filing documentation and handling correspondence.
- Assist in training new reception staff as needed and promote a collaborative work environment.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Computer proficiency Familiarity with hotel management software and MS Office.
- Multilingual skills Ability to communicate in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset Passionate about providing exceptional service to guests.
