Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Oversee guest rooms, public areas, laundry/valet, and uniform room operations
  • Drive cleanliness, presentation, and design integrity across all spaces
  • Monitor labour costs, productivity, and scheduling to align with financial targets
  • Manage stock control, forecasting, and inventory reporting within budget guidelines
  • Track and control departmental budgets, invoices, and cost efficiencies
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on stock usage and financial performance
  • Support preventative maintenance programs in collaboration with Engineering
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with renovations, refurbishments, and décor programs

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Grade 12
  • Proven experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping leadership role
  • Strong financial acumen – budgeting, forecasting, stock management, reporting
  • Solid understanding of luxury quality assurance standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident leader with strong coaching and communication ability
