Handyman/ General Worker

Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Execute repairs and renovations to interior and exterior surfaces, fixtures and fittings;
• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of property including, but not limited to, painting, tiling, cleaning gutters and general maintenance repairs including doors locks and door repairs;
• Perform preventative maintenance;
• Respond to emergency calls;

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• 3 – 5 years experience in same or similar role;
• Code 10 drivers licence;
• General maintenance skills including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and building;
• Good physical fitness is an inherent requirement for the role;
• Availability to work over weekends and public holidays;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
