Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as required.
- Restock supplies and report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and effectively.
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Provide exceptional service to guests and address their requests promptly.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Grade 12
- 2 Years working experience
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
