Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate and assign [vehicles/personnel] to fulfill service requests, optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency.

- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on dispatch operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
