Candidate Requirements/Experience
Internation MCSE, MCSI, or MCITP qualifications.
Grade 12 or equivalent.
MS Certification.
3 years of IT experience.
Experience with MacOS support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
Experience with anti-virus, printers, and routers.
