Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Accurately enter and maintain data into relevant databases and systems
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
  • Assist with data audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle multiple data entry tasks efficiently and meet set deadlines
  • Provide support for other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
  • Assist in creating and managing reports and documents as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
  • Perform routine checks to ensure the integrity of entered data

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Grade 12
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data management software
  • Minimum of 2-3 years` data capturing or administrative experience advantageous
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
