Candidate Key Performance Outputs
· Manage reception desk
· Operate switchboard – answer and transfer calls
· Take messages where required and pass messages on to the applicable recipient
· Provide customer support for call-in enquiries
· Provide information on activities/restaurant/sight-seeing
· Handle administrative enquiries
· Manage Petty cash
· Invoicing and shop sales
· Daily cash ups
· Liaise with walk in customers, suppliers and service providers
· Manage all bookings
· Ensure all guests have signed the online waiver prior to arrival.
· Welcome guests and provide introductory briefing
Candidate Requirements/Experience
Matric
2 Years’ experience
Prior experience in APEX for PMS and Pluspoint for POS systems, will be an advantage
Must be able to work in a remote location
Familiarity with international standards in hospitality and guest services will be an advantage
Well-presented and professional demeanor
