Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Capture input (overtime, standby allowance, cell phone allowance, acting allowance and leave) on SAP within the stipulated timelines.
  • Attend to employees queries regarding claims and other medical aid related matters.
  • Advise line managers with referrals of employees to Wellness.
  • Create personal files for new employees.
  • Compile clearance documents.
  • Assist employees with sign on documentation and explaining.
  • Develop and maintain regional HR recordkeeping system.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Grade 12 (NQF 4)
  • 3years’ experience in HR administration
  • Must be computer literate
