Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- Capture input (overtime, standby allowance, cell phone allowance, acting allowance and leave) on SAP within the stipulated timelines.
- Attend to employees queries regarding claims and other medical aid related matters.
- Advise line managers with referrals of employees to Wellness.
- Create personal files for new employees.
- Compile clearance documents.
- Assist employees with sign on documentation and explaining.
- Develop and maintain regional HR recordkeeping system.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Grade 12 (NQF 4)
- 3years’ experience in HR administration
- Must be computer literate
