Handyman/ Maintenance Worker

Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Maintain all Facilities.
• Undertake generator tests and ensure that fuel levels are always at reasonable levels.
• Report any leakage of the water mains and where possible undertake minor repairs.
• Basic handling skills of power/general tools
• Intermediate administrative skills i.e. controlling regular services of equipment, air conditioning changes, cleaning services etc.
• Maintenance of all air-conditioning types and extractors.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Grade 12
• General building upkeep knowledge (Electrical, plumbing, painting, ceilings, generators and air conditioning)
• A valid driver’s license
• Management Experience
