Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as required.
  • Restock supplies and report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and effectively.
  • Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests and address their requests promptly.

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Grade 12
  • 2 Years working experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
