Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • IT Administration: Manage software licenses, IT assets, GSuite, Slack, VOIP phones, Twilio, and system performance reporting.
  • Salesforce Administration: Assign and manage licenses, user configurations, and system troubleshooting.
  • Desktop and Hardware Support: Install, configure, and maintain software/hardware, manage IT support tickets, and oversee compliance.
  • Network Administration: Maintain internal networks, internet connectivity, access management, and supplier relationships.
  • QMS Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT-related security and quality management processes.

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Matric A+, N+, or equivalent technical qualification MCSE or similar certification
  • 1 to 3 years in IT support, covering:
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting (Windows, Mac OS, Office 365)
  • Network services (DNS, SMTP, DHCP)
  • Cloud service support
  • Printer Troubleshooting
  • Remote desktop support
