Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- IT Administration: Manage software licenses, IT assets, GSuite, Slack, VOIP phones, Twilio, and system performance reporting.
- Salesforce Administration: Assign and manage licenses, user configurations, and system troubleshooting.
- Desktop and Hardware Support: Install, configure, and maintain software/hardware, manage IT support tickets, and oversee compliance.
- Network Administration: Maintain internal networks, internet connectivity, access management, and supplier relationships.
- QMS Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT-related security and quality management processes.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Matric A+, N+, or equivalent technical qualification MCSE or similar certification
- 1 to 3 years in IT support, covering:
- Hardware and software troubleshooting (Windows, Mac OS, Office 365)
- Network services (DNS, SMTP, DHCP)
- Cloud service support
- Printer Troubleshooting
- Remote desktop support
