Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Clean scullery, kitchen, eating areas, and front office areas
• Maintain Centenary Café hygiene standards as prescribed
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
• Use a variety of cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively
• Complete and sign the cleaning roster accordingly
• Ensure timesheets are completed and signed on time
• Regularly wash all waste bins and maintain cleanliness
• Sort and separate waste into appropriate categories

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Matric preferred
• Clear communication skills
• At least 12 months experience as a cleaner / in a similar role
• Knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
• Prior experience within the food service industry is preferred
• Good understanding of catering and food safety standards
