Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Provide service and customer support remotely
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Offering technical assistance on configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Training computer users.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Grade 12
• IT Qualification
• Possess one years or more experience working in information technology environment
• Strong ability to work without direct supervision, applying independent judgment in analyzing and resolving customers’ problems
• Strong knowledge and understanding of basic networking concepts, computer systems, hardware, and software.
