Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Ensuring switchboard is professionally managed and that the reception area is well maintained
  • Receiving visitors and assisting them professionally
  • Acting as the liaison with service providers on site
  • Monitoring internet connectivity at the office
  • Providing an accurate data capturing function
  • Providing administrative support to the province including meeting preparation and minute taking

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in a receptionist role with a focus on administration
  • Basic knowledge of internet connectivity (advantageous)
  • Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
