Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Provide technical support to customers, field engineers, and technicians
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems, networks, and VOIP systems
  • Manage and maintain firewalls, cloud & on-site backups, and camera systems
  • Document solutions, errors, and IT procedures to improve efficiency
  • Prioritize and resolve support requests while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain and update IT documentation to aid future troubleshooting
  • Assist with automation projects and digital transformation initiatives

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • 3-5 years of IT support experience (on-site & remote)
  • Relevant IT certifications (A+, N+, Security+ preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
  • Experience in a service/help desk environment
