Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Check and clear customers’ orders for delivery.
• Assist with deliveries as and when required.
• Prepare orders that are for customer collections.
• Cash-up processes.
• Ensure load accuracy at check-out and check-in by physical checking of stock.
• Examine products and packaging, for damages or defects.
• Participate in stock counts as and when required.
• Give ideas on operational improvements and participate in all engagement activities.
• Record any breakages by staff members on breakage register and obtain staff signatures.
• Maintain security standards and enforce all relevant departmental policies and procedures.
• Report any performance and disciplinary issues to relevant departmental managers.
• Assist with the facilitation of the Loading function of company vehicles after order have been checked and cleared.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Matric
• 3 years of previous warehouse experience.
• Valid Code 10 License
• Knowledge of MS Office Packages
• Computer Literate
