Maintenance General Worker

Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Perform general maintenance repairs which include but are not limited to:
• painting and brick work.
• plumbing repairs such as replacing washers, replacing cartridges, unblock drains, repairing or replacing the inner workings of the cistern.
• Perform scheduled garden maintenance keeping the property in tip top shape.
• Taking inventory and stock of all equipment, power tools and building materials.
• Perform other duties, as and when so requested, in support of team goals.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Grade 10.
• Sound general handyman and building maintenance knowledge
• Proven passion for gardening and property upkeep
• 3 + years of Facility/Property maintenance experience
• A valid Code 8 Drivers license will be advantageous.
