Candidate Key Performance Outputs

• Planning and managing daily dispatch schedule for the company vehicles
• Planning and managing all courier collections and external truck deliveries
• Communicating with customers to inform them when their orders will be delivered and communicating information regarding late deliveries
• Conduct ad hoc checks on outgoing orders to ensure the correct SKU and quantity is being delivered to the customer
• Ensuring that all staff follow the procedures correctly in despatch department
• Ensuring that drivers receive delivery schedule and invoices daily
• Assisting reps with transport prices required for quoting on orders
• Ordering of all consumables for the factory
• Follow up on container deliveries and ensure the store team have adequate info when a container arrives
• Assisting reps with general queries and requests
• Manage company vehicles service requirements
• Ordering of all consumables for the factory

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent command in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
