Candidate Requirements/Experience

Matric
Proven experience in dispatch operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics industry is preferred.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for dispatch operations.
