Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- Support Sales Representatives by managing regional sales transactions
- Provide daily administrative support, including customer relations
- Process orders through online sales platforms (experience with portal sales is beneficial)
- Utilise Sage/Evo for order and transaction management
- Efficiently manage Microsoft Office tasks, especially in Excel and Outlook
- Ensure friendly, professional, and responsive service to all customer inquiries
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and skills
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Sage / Evo / Sales Software background
- Experience with warehouse management systems (preferred)
- Strong multitasking abilities and workload prioritisation skills
- Be a proactive team player with an energetic and warm personality
