• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Conduct legal research
• Attend court proceedings and negotiate with opposing counsel
• Provide legal advice to clients
• Manage a portfolio of debt collection cases
• Proceed with legal debt collection actions from letter of demand to Judgements and, warrants of execution.
• Liaise with external service providers, including sheriffs and debt collectors

Candidate Requirements/Experience

• Matric
• Admitted Attorney
• Minimum of 2 years debt collection experience
