Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Assisting Clients with Queries and general assistance
Capturing Waybills
Labelling Boxes
Wrapping Pallets and Moving Shipments
Tracking & Tracing all shipments despatched from Client – Running daily reports
Booking Collections upon request
Quoting upon request
Updating collections department on volumes throughout the day
Escalating issues and putting solutions / procedures in place when needed
Building a relationship with the client and maintaining the relationship
Communicating efficiently to Client when there is an issue or something that needs to be brought to the client’s attention.
Escalating any issues on site to management

Candidate Requirements/ Experience:
Minimum qualification – Matric
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience
Minimum of 2 years Operational Experience within the Logistics industry
Must Speak English fluently
Must be able to work in Excel & Word confidently
Must be a team player, reliable, Good communicator.
Attention to detail is a must!
Must have their own transport
Must be able to work over time if need be
