Oversee and direct payroll procedures and processes
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations
Process payroll account transactions
Liaise with auditors for payroll tax audits
Recognizing importance of accuracy to consistently maintain attention to detail in all aspects of HR and Payroll administration
Manage employee behaviour, and KPA Implementation
Disciplinary and CCMA
Ensure all Statutory submissions – COIDA, ROE, FEM, EMP, EEA, SETA
Candidate Requirements/Experience
Matric
Bachelors degree or Diploma in HR, Accounting or a related field
5+ years’ experience in Payroll and HR administration
Experience working on SAGE HR and Payroll software
Valid license and own transport
