Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Post Matric qualification
- Proven experience in both reception/administration and sales/customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and a welcoming personality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software is a plus.
