  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks.

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • Post Matric qualification
  • Proven experience in both reception/administration and sales/customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and a welcoming personality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software is a plus.
