Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

  • General office administration
  • SAP PM Master Data Experience (MOR)  (must)
  • Create/Change/Maintain/Schedule: Maintenance Plans
  • Create/Change/Maintain: Maintenance Items
  • Create/Change/Maintain: Task Lists
  • Create/Change/Maintain: Functional Locations / Equipment Registers
  • Create/Change/Maintain: Maintenance plan orders
  • Audit master data according to set standard
  • Provide feedback and track progress on own work
  • Clarify requests with customers (customer focus)
  • Perform customer visits

 

Candidate Requirements/ Experience:

  • Grade 12/ N3
  • SAP PM Master Data Proficiency
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 2 Year’s clerical / other work experience in an Operational Environment
