Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

  • Provision of general product information (pre-sales and post-sales) about the Products and processes relating to configuration, installation, updates and feature set support
  • Error resolution status reports to End User(s)
  • Resolution of Errors previously identified and addressed through documentation available
  • Basic support on the standard protocols and features of Products and collection of relevant Error determination information for escalation to Level 2/3 Technical Support


Candidate Requirements/ Experience:

  • Matric
  • IT Qualification will be beneficial
  • 1 to 2 years technical support experience will be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy / knowledge evidence essential – Hardware + Software
  • Customer service orientated
