Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

  • HR Documentation & Records
  • Recruitment and training
  • Onboarding and Exits
  • Payroll and leave processing
  • Performance management and disciplinary action
  • Liaison and management of outsource partners
  • Monitoring and updating compliance with labour regulations and Health and Safety requirements
  • Effective teamwork, self-management and alignment with Organisational values


Candidate Requirements/ Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Human Resource management qualification or In-depth knowledge of human resource management techniques
  • In-depth knowledge about human resources regulatory framework in South Africa
  • Good understanding of the process of managing people
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management
