Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • HR screening and selecting of potential candidates and applicants
  • Manage and maintain all communication with recruitment agencies
  • Set up all interviews with the relevant managers
  • Ensure all required documentation and signatures accompany a recruitment approval form and follow up where documentation is outstanding
  • Update checklists related to recruitment
  • Setup relevant tests for screening process
  • Ensure new employee process is managed
  • Ensure welcome emails are sent out for new staff
  • Ensure EE goals in accordance with the EE plan
  • Load new employees on payroll on a monthly basis
  • Update job descriptions
  • Schedule and facilitate inductions
  • Submission of medical aid forms
  • Manage new employee liberty forms

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Grade 12
  • HR Qualification
  • 3Years working experience
  • dedicated individual
