Candidate Key Performance Outputs

Welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and manage guest requests.
Maintain security and safety of the hotel during night hours by performing regular patrols and monitoring guest access.
Handle any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with light cleaning duties in public areas and ensure the hotel is ready for morning operations.
Set up or assist with preparing breakfast areas or conference rooms for morning use.
Provide room service, including delivering late-night snacks or amenities to guests.
Assist with luggage handling, including early morning departures or late arrivals.
Communicate any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate departments.

Candidate Requirements/Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role is a plus but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic IT skills for handling reservations or guest inquiries.
