Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- Monitors employees’ and employer’s adherence to safety policies and/or guidelines.
- Organizes accident investigation processes.
- Carry out development of safety policies for organizations.
- Keeps record of all safety-related issues within the organization and makes sure that corrective measures are taken.
- Always possess a high level of problem-solving abilities.
- Pays keen attention to tiny details.
- Reviewing and recommending changes to regular activities.
- Managing and enforcing OSH policies and regulations.
- Developing and coordinating training for general safety, worker’s compensation and accident investigation.
- Monitoring staff, equipment and machinery to evaluate and improve health and safety conditions.
- Investigating and reporting on accidents and incidents.
- Leading and participating in workplace audits, inspections and corrective actions.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Need to have strong communication and English skills.
- Need to BE confident and strong in dealing with conflicts.
- OSHA approved.
- Very good knowledge about local/ISO 45001/International/OSHA regulations.
