Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Monitors employees’ and employer’s adherence to safety policies and/or guidelines.
  • Organizes accident investigation processes.
  • Carry out development of safety policies for organizations.
  • Keeps record of all safety-related issues within the organization and makes sure that corrective measures are taken.
  • Always possess a high level of problem-solving abilities.
  • Pays keen attention to tiny details.
  • Reviewing and recommending changes to regular activities.
  • Managing and enforcing OSH policies and regulations.
  • Developing and coordinating training for general safety, worker’s compensation and accident investigation.
  • Monitoring staff, equipment and machinery to evaluate and improve health and safety conditions.
  • Investigating and reporting on accidents and incidents.
  • Leading and participating in workplace audits, inspections and corrective actions.

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Need to have strong communication and English skills.
  • Need to BE confident and strong in dealing with conflicts.
  • OSHA approved.
  • Very good knowledge about local/ISO 45001/International/OSHA regulations.
