Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

  • Complete calendar management
  • Act as a liaison to the CEO
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Designing and producing complex documents such as reports and presentations
  • Collecting and preparing information as required by the CEO for meetings with staff and external stakeholders
  • Assist with local and international travel arrangements as required by the CEO
  • Complete expense reports and assist with credit card expenditure management
  • Serve as primary point of contact


Candidate Requirements/ Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Executive support experience is essential
  • Advanced MS Office skills – Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to perform a high volume of tasks with very little supervision
