• Screen and direct all incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Book flights, accommodation, and car rentals for employees as needed.
• Order and distribute stationery, office supplies, and printing materials.
• Create work orders for any office-related maintenance requirements.
• Assist the sales team with ad hoc employee purchases and other administrative needs.
• Complete and submit credit applications and related documentation.
• Request quotations, place orders, and manage procurement processes.
• Oversee and manage boardroom schedules and bookings.
• Assist with the archiving of old documents and records.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
• 2-3 years of front-end experience in a similar role.
• Pleasant and vibrant with a strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Matric and an Office Admin Qualification.
